Green tea has been shown to has a huge impact on cholesterol levels so it improves blood flow and lowers bad cholesterol. A 2013 review of many studies found green tea helped prevent a range of heart-related issues, like high blood pressure and congestive heart failure.

Green tea can improve mental alertness and thinking. also for depression, non-alcoholicfatty liver disease (NAFLD), inflammatory bowel disease (ulcerative colitis or Crohn’s disease), weight loss and to treat stomach disorders, vomiting, diarrhea, headaches, and bone loss (osteoporosis). Some other associations are various cancers, including breast cancer, prostate cancer, colon cancer, gastric cancer, lung cancer, liver cancer, solid tumor cancers, leukemia, and skin cancer related to exposure to sunlight. Some cases used for  (HPV), which can cause genital warts. green tea is also used to fight colds and flu. Green tea extract reduces pain after tooth removal. Green tea candy version for gum disease.Also Parkinson’s disease, diseases of the heart and blood vessels, diabetes, low blood pressure, chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS), dental cavities (caries), kidney stones, and skin damage.

In one study, MRIs revealed that people who used to have green tea, had greater activity in the working-memory area of their brains. Green tea has also been shown to help blocking the formation of plaques that are one of the main reasons known to contribute to Alzheimer’s disease and brain aging ad memory loss. Green tea also has been proven to help keep blood sugar stable in people with diabetes. Catechins lower cholesterol, they can protect body from a high-fat diet damage, Ochner says. 


Alzheimer’s disease is the most common neurodegenerative disease also can be called brain fast aging in humans and a leading cause of dementia. 



Parkinson’s disease is one of the most common neurodegenerative disease and involves the death of dopamine producing neurons in the brain. dopamine is a neurotransmitter in brain system.

Green tea is known to be effective in improving the symptoms and also helps in preventing these two important diseases. catechin compounds in green tea can help on neurons potentially lowering the risk of Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s

  1. Green tea in green tea, may help you lose few pounds, other studies show no effect. but in cases it helps it is basically because of the effect it has on blocking calories from protein, carbohydrate, and fat.
  2. green tea has been shown to increase fat burning and boost the metabolic rate, in human controlled trials witch again helps you with weight-loss. In one study in 10 healthy men, green tea increased energy expenditure by 4%, Another study showed that fat oxidation was increased by 17%

Green tea and inhibiting taking other nutritions:


As mentioned Green tea has the ability to inhibit protein, carbohydrate, and fat in food. However, it seems that when consuming green tea as part of a meal the ‘inhibition of protein’ doe not happen and the 
inhibition of is very much reduced. Only carbohydrate are practically being blocked in considerable sizes, although cholesterol is effectively reduced as well.

Some notes about having green tea:

  • Don’t add green tea to boiling water. It’s bad for catechins, keep it a bit lower or let it cool down a little and then add the green tea.
  • Add lemon or somthing with vitamin C. Vitamin C makes the catechins a easier to absorb.
