Can antioxidants prevent cancer or cur or stop? Strong and Considerable laboratory evidence from chemical, cell culture, and animal studies indicates that antioxidants may slow or possibly prevent the development of cancer. However, information from recent clinical trials is less clear. In recent years, large-scale, randomized clinical trials reached inconsistent conclusions. There is also some doubts on the fact that if the antioxidant supplements work the same as natural foods. But we should be clear. Cancer cells when they are out there and being increased antioxidants do play important role as slowing down but main thing that is associated with antioxidant is prevention and not letting it happen in the first place. which means a healthy diet should be considered by every one before cancer happens.
